First Baptist Church of Pleasanton, Texas

In May 2014 God brought my family and me to FBC Pleasanton.  I have served in youth ministry as a minister for almost 14 years.  I have also served as a Sunday School teacher.

The summer after my freshman year in high school, I felt God call me into the ministry.  I am so thankful that He did.  I did not know it as a youth but I am doing my dream job.  I enjoy spending time with students and helping them grow in their relationship with God.  I enjoy teaching them about the Bible and giving them opportunities to serve in the church and in the community.

Since high school, God has blessed me with a wonderful wife, Tammy.  She is my partner in my ministry.  We have been married since 1997.  We have 4 children. Our oldest daughter is a freshman in college.  Our second oldest daughter and only son are in the youth group while our youngest daughter is in elementary.

I am a big sports fan.  My favorite teams are the Chicago Bears, Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars and Dallas Mavericks.   I enjoy playing video games and spending time with my children. My wife and I enjoy going for rides into the country on my motorcycle.
